3-ingredients keto tortillas

3-ingredients keto tortillas are soft and made with just three main ingredients, these wraps are perfect and can be used as wraps. it is easy and can be frozen for later use.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon psyllium husk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions:
  1. Take a bowl and add one cup of almond flour in it.
  2. Add 3 tablespoon psyllium husk and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  3. Mix well with the spatula.
  4. Now add 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and mix it again.
  5. Add half cup of water (warm) and make a dough.
  6. Now divide the two into different equal portions.
  7. Roll the dough on the parchment paper.
  8. Now place this on a nonstick pan and it takes 2 minutes approx.
  9. cook until it gets golden in color.
  10. Soft keto tortilla is now ready to serve.

Notes:

TO STORE: Leftover tortillas can be stored in the refrigerator for the later use and can be covered bu the butter paper or the paper towel. The paper towel ensures it stays soft and fluffy, and cannot get dry easily. Tortillas will keep well for up to 3-5 days. Let it rest for half hour at room temperature before using.
TO FREEZE: Freeze leftovers in zipper bags, and store in the freezer for up to 2 months on the room temperature or in the refrigerator overnight.
