  • 2 lbs. – Ground chuck
  • 4 cups – Fresh tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup – Onion chopped
  • 2 cups – Bell peppers chopped
  • 1 clove – Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
  • 2 cups – Elbow macaroni noodles
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons – Sugar
  • Salt & pepper
  1. Turn on the stove on  medium-high flame.
  2. In the pan, add ground beef, onions, garlic and bell peppers and cook for 15 minutes or until it’s color turns brown.
  3. Add salt and pepper as per taste in the beef mixture and mix well.
  4. Now remove the pan off the stove and drain the grease of the beef mixture.
  5. Now add chopped tomatoes and sugar in the beef mixture and mix well.
  6. Add parsley in the mixture.
  7. Cover the pan and simmer for about 15- 20 minutes on the low-medium flame.
  8. Now add the macaroni noodles and mix well until well combined and then cover the pan for 5 minutes.
  9. Turn off the stove and the goulash is ready to serve.
