CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

Chicken noodles soup is something a quick recipe and can be easily made in a very short time. IT is also a very good thing in winters especially and it can be easily made at home.

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded) 2 cup
  • Chicken broths 8 cups
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • Celery stalks chopped 1 cup
  • Chopped carrots 2 cups
  • Diced onions 1/2 cups
  • Thyme 1/4 tsp.
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp.
  • Salt 1/2 tsp.
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp.
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Egg noodles 1 cup
  • water 2 cups

Instructions:

  1. Take a saucepan and add olive oil and bay leaves in it.
  2. Cook the carrots in the oil and then add celery and onion in for 5 minutes until it gets soft.
  3. Add water gradually and then add chicken broth and seasoning to the mixture and boil until soft.
  4. Boil until all the veggies becomes soft or well cooked.
  5. Add pasta to the veggies and cook on medium to high flame for atleast 10 minutes.
  6. Remove the bay leaves.
  7. Chicken noodles soup is now ready to serve.
