Ingredients:

  • 1tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small green bell pepper
  • 1 tb ground beef
  • 1 large tomatoes
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 8oz pkg cream cheese
  • 14.5 oz beef broth

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add oil to it, and then add ground beef, garlic, and onion and cook them on a medium flame for almost 10 minutes until it is cooked properly.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, bell peppers, cream cheese, and different spices and saute for 5 minutes until the tomatoes are cooked properly and the cream cheese is mixed.
  3. Add the beef broth and then simmer it on low flame until it becomes thick.
  4. Creamy taco soup is now ready to be served in a beautiful bowl.
  5. Top it with different vegetables like cilantro, avocado, shredded cheese, etc.
