Crumb topping:
  • Sugar-free brown sugar ¼ cups
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut ½ cups
  • Coconut oil ½ cups
  • Almond flour 1 cup
  • Almonds ½ cups

  • Cinnamon 1 tsp.

Instructions:

  1. Take a small microwave-safe bowl put the keto pie crust in it and bake it for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Combine the butter, chopped apples, lemon juice, sweetener, flour, cinnamon, and apple extract in a large mixing bowl and mix them properly.
