Ingredients:

  • Turnips, peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks 1 pound
  • Avocado oil 1 tsp
  • Salt 3 tsp
  • Beef broth 4 1/2
  • Red wine vinegar 2 tsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
  • Chuck roast, cut into cubes 1 pound
  • Bay leaf large 1
  • Carrots peeled and cut into coins 2 medium
  • celery stalk, chopped 1
  • Cloves garlic, minced 2
  • Xanthan gum 1/2 tsp
  • fresh parsley, minced 1tsp
  • Onion diced 1 medium

Instructions:

  1. Take a pan and place it over medium heat and add oil to the pan.
  2. Add beef to it and then sprinkle the salt only 1 tsp. Pick the pot add the beef into a single layer you need like a batch and cook it properly as all sides are browned about per batch for only 5 minutes. add additional oil if you need the per batch. take the one large bowl Remove the beef into a bowl.
  3. Add vinegar and the beef broth to the oven and cover up the pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the beef back skillet along with beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire, and bay leaf, and boil and cover it. cook the medium heat for 1 1/2 hours until beef is very soft.
  5. Now, Add the onion, carrot, celery, turnips, garlic, and salt 2 tsp and mix it. remove the 1/2 cup of liquid from the pot of a bowl. put the xanthan gum and mix it well. put the mixture and return to the pot uncovered for 50 minutes till the veggies become soft.
  6. At the end before the serving remove the bay leaf and sprinkle the parsley. enjoy your meal.
