Ingredients:

  • Steered cauliflower rice, for serving
  • Finely chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Paprika ½ tsp.
  • Dijon mustard 2 tsp.
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp.
  • Sour cream ½ cups
  • Cream cheese 4 oz.
  • Low-sodium beef stock or bone broth 1 cup
  • Garlic clove, minced 1 medium
  • Mushrooms, sliced 1 ½ lb.
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Kosher salt
  • Lean ground beef 1 lb.
  • Butter, divided 3 tbsp.

Instructions:

  1. Cook the butter for 3 minutes after adding it in a large saucepan.
  2. After melting the butter add the beef sprinkle the pepper and salt in it and cook it for 10 minutes cook it properly remove it from the saucepan and place it on the large plate.
  3. Add the remaining butter in the same saucepan and cook it until it melts add the mushrooms in it and also cook it for 3 to 4 minutes or cook it until it becomes brown.
  4. Again sprinkle it with pepper and salt according to your taste and cook it for 1 minute.
  5. Bring to a simmer, stirring after adding the Worcestershire, cream cheese, and Dijon mustard.
  6. Again add the beef into the saucepan and combine both mixtures well.
  7. Garnish it with parsley and cauliflower rice after removing from the heat and serve it.
