Ingredients:

  • Onion powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil 1/2 tbsp.

  • Grated parmesan 1/4 cup
  • Almond flour 1 cup

  • Heavy cream 2 tbsp.
  • Egg 1 large
  • Keto acidic solution to tender the meat:
  • Salt 1/2 tsp.
  • Water 1/3 cup
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp.

Instructions:

  1. Take a small bowl, add the chicken chunks combine the vinegar and water sprinkle it with the salt properly mix them well, and place it in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the chicken chunks from the refrigerator when you are ready to cook the nuggets.
  3. Add the heavy whipping cream to the large bowl beat the eggs mix them properly and set them aside.
  4. Combine the grated parmesan cheese and almond flour in it and also set it aside after covering it with the plastic wrap.
  5. Now, cut the nuggets into small sizes dip them in the egg mixture and almond flour mixture properly from both sides, and transfer them to the tray.
