  •  Almond flour 2 cups
  • Large egg 3
  • Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Take a one-pound thick chicken breast. Put a chicken, sprinkle the salt on all pieces, and it’s all sides fully covered with almond flour.
  2. Take a small bowl, put in the egg, and mix it. Put in another large bowl and add these ingredients, onion powder, garlic powder, remaining almond flour, and Parmesan cheese. Mix it well and set the side.
  3. Now the next part is coating the chicken. Put the first egg mixture in a bowl. Cover the chicken pieces with it.
