Ingredients:

  • Fresh mozzarella cheese 4 oz.
  • Sliced roasted bell pepper 1 ½ tbsps.

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 3 ½ cups, plus topping ½ cup

Instructions:

  1. Prepare your oven and heat it to 400 degrees F.
  2. Take a large microwave-safe bowl add the shredded mozzarella cheese in it and cook it until it melts properly.
  3. Allow to rest.
  4. Then, add the almond flour, beaten egg, baking powder, xanthan gum, keto garlic sauce, pesto sauce, cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, roasted bell pepper in melted cheese and sprinkle the salt in it according to your taste and mix them properly and set it in aside for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the dough into the food processor and blend it until it’s become soft.
