Ingredients:

  • Powdered monk fruit 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract 2 tsp
  • Unflavored gelatin powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Heavy cream 2 cups
  • Sea salt 1/4 cup
  • Dutch-processed cocoa powder 1/4 cup

Instructions:

  1. Take a small size mixing bowl. Put the heavy cream in the bowl and sprinkle on the top with gelatin powder mix it until it’s fully combined and set aside.
  2. Take a medium-sized pan on medium-low heat. Add the heavy and gelatin powder mixture and add the cocoa powder, sea salt, and powdered sweetener mix it for only 5 minutes until its texture is good and makes bubbles. Remove the heat from the pan add the vanilla extract and mix it.
  3. Now, add the remaining gelatin powder and mix it until the texture is thick until its so smooth. Prepare pudding cool only for 10 to 15 minutes until fully cooled. Cover it properly with a plastic sheet put it in a cool place and whisk it.
  4. Chill before serving.
