INGREDIENTS:

  • Heavy cream: 3/4 cups
  • Pastry cream filling:
  • Butter: 2 tbsp.
  • Vanilla extract: 1/2 tbsp.
  • Egg yolk: 3
  • Almond milk, unsweetened: 1 cup
Chocolate Ganache:
  • Vanilla extract, 1/2 tbsp.
  • whipping cream: 1/2 cup
  • unsweetened chocolate: 1/2 oz.
Layers:
  • keto Graham cracker: 1
  • powdered Swerve Sweetener: 1/2 tbsp.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add eggs to a bowl. Put the swerve powder in and beat it until it turns yellow.
  2. Use the pot and add almond milk to it, then place the pot on medium heat.
  3. Put the beaten eggs in the pot, stir them, and mix them well until they become thicker, like cream.
  4. Add butter and vanilla extract after removing the pot from the heat.
  5. Take a large bowl and add powdered sugar and heavy cream. Beat it until it becomes thicker.
Chocolate Ganache:
  1. Use a pan, put cream in it, and place it over the heat for 2 minutes, then add chocolate to it and stir it for almost 5 minutes.
  2. Add the vanilla and sweetener and stir it until it becomes smooth.
  3. Take Graham crackers and cut them from the center. Put the Graham cracker in the pan and place it on heat. Spread the cream filling on it.
  4. Add chocolate filling over it, and place the cut graham on it.
  5. Remove it from the heat and transfer it to a serving dish.
  6. Pace the serving tray in the freezer for almost 30 minutes.
  7. Now the recipe is ready to serve.
