Ingredients:

  • Apple cider vinegar 2 tsp.
  • Active dry yeast 2 tsp.
  • Extra virgin olive oil 13 g
  • Maple syrup 2 tsp.
  • White eggs 2
  • Water 80 ml
  • Egg 1 large (at room temperature)
  • Xanthan gum 1 ½ tsp.
  • Almond flour 144 g
  • Kosher salt ½ tsp.
  • Psyllium husk 28 g
  • Baking powder 1 ½ tsp.
For topping:
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Rosemary springs
  • Flakey sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the maple syrup and yeast and mix it well in a large bowl.
