The Keto Horchata is a low-carb and keto-friendly recipe. It’s a delicious dessert. It is a combination of vanilla stevia, heavy whipping cream, an ice cup, and coconut milk.

Mexican horchata has a creamy, sweet taste that is delicious. Its main ingredients are water, sugar, spices, and some kind of creamy substance. Usually cooked with soaked rice, I think using nut milk (coconut or almond works great) instead tastes just as good! The best part is that you can use your preferred low-carb sweetener in place of regular sugar to keep the amount of carbohydrates low.
