Ingredients:

  • Peanut butter cookie dough:
  • Lightly roasted peanut flour ¾ cups
  • Butter 5 tbsp.
  • Powdered swerve sweetener 1/3 cup
  • Vanilla extracts ½ tsp.
  • Peanut butter ¼ cups
Chocolate coating:
  • Finely chopped salted peanuts 2 tbsp.
  • Cocoa butter ½ ounce or coconut oil ½ tbsp.
  • Sugar-free dark chocolate 3 ounces.

Instructions:

Cookie dough:
  1. Place a waxed paper on a large baking tray.
  2. Melt the peanut and the other butter in a large bowl. ( it should be microwave-safe).
  3. Add the vanilla extracts and sweetener.
  4. Then add the peanut flour and mix it well.
  5. If your dough is looking so sticky in the balls then more flour in it.
  6. Make the ball of dough and then freeze it for almost an hour.
  7. After freezing, it is ready to coat.
Chocolate coating:
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the cocoa butter and chocolate properly.
  2. Add the frozen peanut to it.
  3. Put it again on the baking sheet and bake it for an hour.
  4. Take out from the oven.
  5. It is ready to be served.
