Ingredients:

  • Packed baby spinach 3 c.
  • Boneless pork chops 4
  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp.
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Freshly grated Parmesan ½ c.
  • Garlic, mince 2 cloves
  • Extra-virgin olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • Heavy cream ½ c.
  • Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced 8 oz.
  • Kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on the side of the pork chops.
  2. Add the oil and pork chops and cook it for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Add the garlic in it and cook it for 1 minute.
  6. Now add the oregano, Parmesan, heavy cream, red pepper, and pepper according to your taste mix it properly, and cook it for 2 minutes more.
  7. Again put the pork chops into the pan from the plate and cook it for 5 minutes more.
  8. Take the pan off the heat.
  9. The recipe is ready to go with any sauce.
