Directions:

Salmon cakes:
  1. Take a large mixing bowl, and combine the jalapeno, egg, salmon, red onion, and ground pork rinds and mix it properly then, season it with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  2. Cut the mixture into the patties shape and prepare a frying pan and spray it with the cooking oil or add the avocado oil and heat it for 2 minutes in the medium.
  3. Add the patties to the hot oil and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes or until its color is golden brown.
Avocado sauce:
  1. Take a food processor and add the avocado, sour cream, cilantro, avocado oil, water, and lemon juice to it and blend it properly.
  2. Transfer the mixture to the large mixing bowl and sprinkle the pepper and salt in it according to your taste.
  3. Add this mixture to the mixture of cake or patties and mix them properly.
