Ingredients:

  • olive oil, 2 tbsp.
  • yellow onions, 1 cup
  • Italian sausage, 1 pound
  • sour cream, 1/4 cup
  • mozzarella, 3 cups
  • keto spaghetti sauce, 24 oz.
  • pepper, 1 tbsp.
  • garlic clove 4
  • fresh basil, 1 tbsp.
  • salt 2tbsp
  • large spaghetti squash 1
  • Cottage cheese, 8 oz.

Instructions:

For preparations:
  1. Heat the oven to 350F and arrange the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash into two equal pieces. Take a spoon and scoop out the fiber and seed from it.
  3. Arrange the baking sheet, set the cut sides of spaghetti on it, place it in the oven to bake, and set the timer for 30 minutes. Allow cooling for a few minutes after baking. Take the clean kitchen towel and place the cooked spaghetti squash.
  4. Take a pan. add olive oil, and set it on medium heat. Fry the onions in it until soft. Add garlic and cook it properly for 2 minutes. Take a spoonful of sausage, crush it into pieces, and cook it until it is brown.
  5. Remove from heat after the change of color. Put some veggies in it and stir them properly until they combine. Add the shredded spaghetti and mix it well. Set the pan aside.
  6. Take a bowl and add cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cheese, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning. Mix it well until it comes together.
  7. Take the baking dish, put one layer of spaghetti squash, and add a mixture of cheese and the remaining mixture.  Spread mozzarella on the top along with sauces.
  8. Allow it to bake for 40 minutes.
  9. It is ready for serving along with any sauce.
