Ingredients:

  • Olive oil, 1 tbsp
  • Peel carrots or chop 2
  • Cauliflower florets, 2 cups
  • Salt, 1 tbsp
  • Beef broth, 8 cups
  • Butter 1tbsp
  • Fresh spinach, 3 cups
  • Diced tomatoes, 30 oz.
  • Onions, chopped, 1 medium
  • Italian seasoning, 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Stalks Celery 4
  • Black pepper, 1 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Take a pan and butter and olive oil on medium heat and leave it until it melts.
  2. Put onions in a pan and stir them until soft, then add garlic for fragrance. When it changes color, add carrots and celery and cook it for a few minutes.
  3. Take another pan, add the beef, and stir it for a few minutes. Then add the cauliflower, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning, and mix it well until it combines perfectly.
  4. Place the pan on the heat, add water to it, and leave it to boil for a maximum of 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and take out the vegetables in a bowl then add them to the oil pan and stir them for a few minutes. Add some salt, pepper, and spinach to the veggies. Mix it well and cook it properly for almost 3 minutes.
  6. Now the keto vegetable soup is ready to serve.
