Miso Sesame Noodles

Miso Sesame Noodles is a quick and easy recipe and is packed with different flavors. You just need to combine few ingredients which are easily findable. This recipe is coated with miso-based sauce, you can also add spice according to the taste.



  • Tamari or soy sauce 3 tbsp.
  • Red miso paste 3 tbsp.
  • Sriracha 1 tsp.
  • Garlic powder 1tsp.
  • Vegetable stock 2-3 tbsp.

Miso Sesame Noodles:

  • Neutral oil/ water 1tsp.
  • Chopped white mushrooms 8oz.
  • Drained and rinsed chickpeas 1 cup
  • Cooked hair noodles 8 oz.
  • Toasted sesame oil 1/2tsp.


  • Crushed red pepper
  • Black or white sesame seed
  • chopped green onion


  1. Take a large bowl and then mix together all the ingredients of sauce and mix well.
  2. Take a cooking pan and then heat over the medium flame.
  3. Add the neutral oil and mushrooms in the pan and then cook them for 2-3 minutes or until the mushrooms cooked well by stirring frequently.
  4. Now add the chickpeas into the pan and then cook it for few minutes.
  5. Take another large bowl, combine the noodles and the sauce and mix them properly and then cook them again for 5 minutes.
  6. Take the pan off from the flame and then sprinkle the sesame oil over it.
  7. Now take out the noodles into different bowl and then garnish them with crushed red bell peppers,
  8. chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  9. It can be used with 2-3 days.


  • You can use any type of pasta in  your recipe.
