No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe

No-bake blueberry cheesecake recipe is easy to make and is delicate and delicious cake that you can have on weekend and is topped with blueberry puree, vanilla extract add flavor and cut the richness of the creamy ingredients.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup crushed graham
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (unsalted)
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all purpose cream / heavy cream
Instructions:
  1. Add crushed graham, sugar and melted butter in the bowl and stir until well incorporated.
  2. Take a 7-inches cake pan with parchment paper in it.
  3. In the cake pan, dump the graham crumbs.
  4. Flatten the crumbs and spread it evenly on the base.
  5. Refrigerate till the cheesecake mixture becomes ready.
  6. Take a bowl, add a block of cream cheese in it.
  7. Add sugar and vanilla extract in the cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  8. Pour heavy cream in another bowl and whip until stiff peak forms.
  9. Now add the whipped cream into the mixture of cheesecake and fold gently.
  10. Now pour the mixture over the graham crust and spread evenly.
  11. Refrigerate for minimum 3 hours or overnight.
  12. Remove the cake pan and top it with the blueberry sauce.
  13. Now the cheesecake is ready to serve.
