Pepperoni and Mozzarella Pull-Apart Bread Recipe

Pepperoni and Mozzarella Pull-Apart Bread is a cheesy and an tasty alternative to pizza. It is perfect for the party appetizer, lunch, or dinner it’s ingredients are the same like the pizza’s. It gives you a tasty and a cheesy evening every weekend.

Ingredients:
  • 2  cans flaky biscuit dough
  • 1 cup thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter melted
  • 1 (16-ounce) block of whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 (16-ounce)  jar pizza sauce
Instructions:
  1. Warm the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, add unsalted butter (melted), olive oil, salt, Italian seasoning and chopped garlic in it.
  3. Mix these ingredients altogether set them aside.
  4. Take the flaky biscuits and cut them into quarter.
  5. Take a fluted tube pan and spray it with the cooking oil.
  6. Add the layer of flaky biscuits evenly.
  7. Make sure you have a single layer of biscuits, do not pack them so close, you can fill the spaces with some cheese and butter to fill the cracks.
  8. Use half of the garlic butter mixture on the top of the biscuits.
  9. Add the flat layer of  cubic mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  10. Layer an aluminum foil to bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Remove the foil and put it in oven again for 30 minutes.
  12. Flip the bread carefully on a plate.
  13. Serve with the pizza sauce.
