Vegan Zucchini Carrot Pancakes

Vegan Zucchini Carrot Pancakes is a healthy and delightful snack and is very easy to be made. It is full of crisp from the outer side and is smooth from inside. they have a full aroma of garlic and are full of cheese.

Ingredients:
  • vegan mozzarella cheese 80g
  • salt and pepper

  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds
  • Parsley
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 medium zucchini
  • Olive oil
Instructions:

  8. Bake until golden color appears or for 25 minutes.
