Veggie Cake Recipe

Veggie Cake Recipe is the best for people who wants to consume something low in carbs, who are on is the best for using as an evening snack or for the lunch. it is a combination of different veggies with eggs and in aromatic almond milk.


  • 200g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk 50ml
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 Medium Zucchini
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 3 Green Onions
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper


  1. Take a cutting tray, chop finely all the vegies (green onions, red bell pepper and onions).
  2. Grate the zucchini in the separate bowl and remove the excess water using a clean towel or a clean cloth.
  3. Take another bowl, whisk the eggs until they get foamy.
  4. Add almond flour, almond milk, pepper, salt and baking powder in the eggs.
  5. Mix until all the ingredients well combine.
  6. Add all the chopped vegetables and grated zucchini to the batter.
  7. Mix them altogether.
  8. Take a non stick pan and heat it in over the medium flame .
  9. Spray avocado or olive oil to the bottom of the pan.
  10. Spread half of the batter to the pan evenly in the pan.
  11. Use shredded mozzarella and layer evenly over the batter.
  12. Cover it with and then cook for a while on low flame.
  13. Let it cool.
  14. Now the veggie cake is ready to be served.
